Whether you are a recent graduate in the healthcare field or accepting a new job or promotion, your responsibilities can seem overwhelming.  Do you know enough to succeed? Who can you ask for insight or advice when you don’t want to ask your manager or boss? 

At TD Healthcare, I offer a comprehensive coaching and mentoring program. Building a career in hospitals, physician groups, insurance plans or any aspect of the healthcare field is rewarding but daunting. The opportunity to learn from a successful and personable mentor is invaluable, especially in the early years of your career. You can hone your leadership skills and apply best practices with my assistance as your mentor coach.

Giving Back

When I chose healthcare leadership for my career, I didn’t have a mentor. I was given my first chance to lead as a hospital CEO at 29. Although I have no regrets, a seasoned mentor would have helped me learn to navigate board members, physician relations, strategic planning, and daily operations. By making career choices without the insight of an experienced leader acting as a mentor coach I feel I earned a second Master’s Degree from the school of hard knocks. That’s why I want to be a mentor coach.  I want to help others avoid the hard knocks I experienced.

At its core, healthcare leadership is about mission and about being a true servant leader. There are many meaningful missions to join, and I will work with you to find your “why” and your passion for this wonderful, dynamic industry. I am excited to share my experience, network and leadership skills with you on your journey.

    • Guidance based on goals established during the initial assessment.

    • Availability for text, email, or phone support for mentoring throughout the program.
