Alan Larson, President of TD Healthcare, has a career spanning a wide range of services in the healthcare industry. He was CEO of both for profit and non-profit hospitals and hospital systems. He worked for and with Venture Capital start-up organizations, a long-term care facility and physician groups. He has also consulted internationally in Germany and China.
TD Healthcare, formed in 2006, provides strategic and operational direction in the fast paced healthcare environment. Alan developed successful strategies for value-based care and participated in population health risk contracting. With more than 35 years learning from and teaching others who are passionate about healthcare, helping leaders work in teams to prioritize time and resources is a key value of TD Healthcare. This industry needs strong leaders who are prepared to face the future and lead in confidence.
