In addition to providing consulting or start-up services to new venture organizations, I have served in an advisory capacity as a member of the board. A privately funded start-up received FDA approval for a medical device to be attached to the anesthesia machine in the OR which would reduce patient’s nausea often associated with recovery from general anesthesia.
A professor at Purdue University developed a new chemical bond that allowed for easier identification and location of primarily abdominal tumors.
Provided guidance for a private equity backed start-up company that was developing software to help health systems track and project risk of patient account bad debt.
